Onsite Repairs

We are able to offer all aspects of onsite pump repairs from mechanical seal changes to bearing changes, ensuring works are carried out with as minimal disruption as possible. We carry a range of spares in our stores and workshop, but if they are unavailable we source replacement parts as quickly as possible.
Maintenance

Regular planned preventive maintenance of your plant and equipment ensures smooth and efficient running. Maintaining equipment regularly both preserves the longevity and maximises performance. Investing in regular upkeep helps avoid potentially costly emergency interventions and reduces the potential for any unscheduled downtime in services should the equipment fail. We offer regular maintenance contracts and can provide advice on how and when these should operate.

Common issues with pumps include leakage, noisy operation, reduced flow or pressure, overheating and vibration. Our skilled team of engineers are able to remove pumps back to our dedicated workshop fully equipped with testing facilities and specialist tools. Here we can fully inspect, disassemble and diagnose issues. We can then establish the most cost effective solution for repair, or if beyond economical repair a suitable replacement.

At H20 we understand our clients needs to keep their sites operating at all times, we offer a 24 hour, 365 day call out service. Our clients receive response times of 4 hours. Our experienced team are able to diagnose faults and travel with vans fully stocked with a range of spare so, if possible carry out any necessary repairs to get you back up and running, we are even able to supply temporary pumps where possible to keep services running.
Commissioning

Commissioning ensures the equipment is installed in accordance with the manufacturers’ guidelines. Reliability and operating costs can be adversely impacted as a result of incorrect installation and start-up. Commissioning involves checking and testing all components of the pump system to verify that it meets design specifications, operates correctly, and meets safety requirements. Proper commissioning can prevent costly downtime, equipment damage, and help reduce warranty claims. Whether required for pre-commissioning, start up or post installation we have all your needs covered. We issue commissioning certificates on completion.
